TECHNART 2015 − Catania, April 27 - 30, 2015

Industrial Exhibition

We hope that TECHNART 2015 will offer a great opportunity to manufacturers and companies to advertise new technologies and state-of-the-art instrumentation to researchers and professionals working in the field of cultural heritage (conservation scientists, restorers etc).

The following sponsoring options are available at the TECHNART 2015:

A. Advertising material

Cost € 500 (22% VAT not included) including:

  • Company logo and link on the conference website;
  • Company logo and contact details in the book of abstracts;
  • Presentation of your advertising material inside the conference bags.

B. Oral presentation in the industrial session

To enhance the visibility of industrial products, the organizers have reserved an afternoon session dedicated to oral presentations given by industrial exhibitors. This session will be performed in the main conference room the April, 28, 2015. Please note that the presentation will be attributed on a first come, first served basis.

Cost € 1500 (22% VAT not included) including:

  • Company logo and link on the conference website;
  • Company logo and contact details in the book of abstracts;
  • Presentation of your advertising material inside the conference bags;
  • 15 minutes oral presentation in the industrial session;
  • Free registration for one person.

C. Exhibition stand

A limited number of exhibition spaces will be also available in the coffe-break and  poster area, at the entrance of the conference room. Exhibitors are invited to contact the organizer (Questo indirizzo email è protetto dagli spambots. E' necessario abilitare JavaScript per vederlo. ) if interested to take andvantage of this opportunity. Please note that the exhibition space will be attributed on a first come, first served basis. Please, take into account that Exhibition space will open April 27, 28 and 30, 2015. The April 29, 2015 the conference sessions will be held at the “Paolo Orsi” Archaeological Museum in Syracuse.

Cost € 1500 (22% VAT not included) including:

  • Company logo and link on the conference website;
  • Company logo and contact details in the book of abstracts;
  • Presentation of your advertising material inside the conference bags;
  • Max. 4 sq. m. of exhibit space with a table, two chairs, panels for two commercial posters, power supply-220 V, lighting and WIFI;
  • Free registration for one person.

D . A cumulative option A, B and C is possible at a total cost of € 2500 (22% VAT not included).


Exhibitors do, furthermore, have the opportunity to cover one or more of the following items:

  1. Cost of the conference bags with company logo printed near to the conference logo
  2. Organizational cost of the Welcome mixer (Monday evening)
  3. Organizational cost of the an afternoon aperitif after the industrial session (Tuesday)
  4. Organizational cost of one morning or afternoon coffee beak (Monday to Thursady)
  5. Organizational cost of the conference concert (Thursday evening)
  6. Organizational cost of the conference dinner (Thursday evening)

The contribution to the social activities will give the possibility to exhibitors to show the company labels during the specific event to increase the visibility of the own company.
